Rosa Mystica Prayer Group to call Good Shepherd Catholic Church home.
Through our Spiritual Director, Fr. Ernie Villaroya, the Statue of Our Lady, the Mystical Rose was brought to Dallas to urge families to pray for unity, to pray also for priests and promote vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

While the group was based in Good Shepherd Church, we became more aware of the need for reach out programs. Such as, to visit and comfort the sick; distribute Holy Communion to the homebound and patients in the hospitals and to prepare and assist in the Holy Mass at Convalescent homes and prisons.

| We sponsored several annual events to raise money to repair and improve our church. |
One day in came to our attention that we could provide financial assistance for the poor and deserving seminarians through these same efforts. And thus the Mystical Rose for Seminarian Support was started.
